We’re Hiring: Manager – Audit Quality (2LoD)Location Options: #Mumbai | #Bangalore | #Chennai | #Kochi | #Kolkata | #Ahmedabad | #Pune | #HyderabadAbout the RoleJoin our 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) team and play a key role in enhancing Audit Quality by providing real-time support and coaching to engagement teams before audit opinions are signed.This is a non-client facing role , ideal for professionals from Statutory Audit who are looking to transition into Audit Quality .Key Responsibilities✔️ Independent reviews of high-risk & audit focus areas✔️ Ensure KAM & Indian Auditing Standards compliance✔️ Coach and support audit teams for better on-the-job learning✔️ Drive efficiency in audit approaches✔️ Contribute to broader Quality & Risk initiatives (Audit milestone monitoring, Q&R MIS reporting, Standardization, Specialist engagement, Audit quality projects)Skills & Competencies✅ CA – Mandatory✅ 5–10 years’ experience in Statutory Audit / Audit Quality✅ Strong understanding of KAM & Auditing Standards✅ Excellent communication & drafting skills✅ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination✅ Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred)Compensation BracketsManager 1: 5–7 yrs | ₹20–22 LPAManager 2: 7–8 yrs | ₹24–26 LPAManager 3: 8+ yrs | ₹26.5–29 LPAAdditional InsightsPreference for early joiners (≤30 days NP)Statutory Audit professionals open to Audit Quality transition are welcomeNon-client facing profileApply with your updated CV: :
