About the Role
Join our 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) team and play a key role in enhancing Audit Quality by providing real-time support and coaching to engagement teams before audit opinions are signed.
This is a non-client facing role, ideal for professionals from Statutory Audit who are looking to transition into Audit Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Independent reviews of high-risk & audit focus areas
Ensure KAM & Indian Auditing Standards compliance
Coach and support audit teams for better on-the-job learning
Drive efficiency in audit approaches
Contribute to broader Quality & Risk initiatives (Audit milestone monitoring, Q&R MIS reporting, Standardization, Specialist engagement, Audit quality projects)
Skills & Competencies
CA – Mandatory
5–10 years' experience in Statutory Audit / Audit Quality
Strong understanding of KAM & Auditing Standards
Excellent communication & drafting skills
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination
Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred)
Compensation Brackets
Manager 1: 5–7 yrs | ₹20–22 LPA
Manager 2: 7–8 yrs | ₹24–26 LPA
Manager 3: 8+ yrs | ₹26.5–29 LPA

Preference for early joiners (≤30 days NP)
