You'll be the bridge between our technology and our enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and driving rapid time-to-value. This role requires someone who can independently manage complex implementations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and solve problems on the fly.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Client Ownership (40%)Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients with minimal supervisionCreate and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, and deliverablesConduct regular stakeholder meetings and manage expectations across client and internal teamsProactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategiesTechnical Implementation (30%)Configure Omniful's suite of products (OMS, WMS, TMS, POS) based on client requirementsHandle data migrations from existing ERP/WMS systemsSupport API integrations with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento), ERPs, and shipping partnersConduct UAT sessions and ensure all workflows meet client specificationsDocument technical configurations and create handover documentationStakeholder Management & Communication (20%)Serve as primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts during implementationCoordinate between client IT teams, operations teams, and managementFacilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical configurationsPresent progress updates to C-level executives and key decision makersManage escalations and ensure timely resolutionProblem Solving & Continuous Improvement (10%)Troubleshoot complex integration issues independentlyIdentify patterns in implementation challenges and propose process improvementsContribute to implementation playbooks and best practices documentationSupport pre-sales teams with technical feasibility assessmentsRequired Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, preferably in ERP or supply chain solutionsProven track record of managing enterprise client implementationsTechnical Skills:Understanding of REST APIs and system integrationsExperience with data migration and transformationFamiliarity with SQL and basic scriptingKnowledge of supply chain operations (warehousing, logistics, inventory management) is highly preferredCore Competencies:Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take complete ownershipProject Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlinesCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProblem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressureStakeholder Management: Experience managing enterprise clients and coordinating with C-level executivesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)Background in supply chain/logistics SaaS platformsExposure to Middle East market or experience working with international clientsExperience with warehouse management systems or e-commerce platformsPMP or similar project management certificationWhat Makes You Stand Out:You've successfully managed enterprise implementations worth $100K+ ARRYou can point to specific examples where your problem-solving saved an implementationYou're comfortable working across time zones and culturesYou have a "figure it out" mentality and don't wait for instructionsYou've handled difficult stakeholders and turned around challenging implementationsWhy Join Omniful?Impact: Be part of the core team building the future of supply chain technology in MENAGrowth: Clear career progression path in a rapidly scaling companyLearning: Work with cutting-edge technology across multiple domains (OMS, WMS, TMS)Culture: Join a team that values ownership, accountability, and getting things done
