The incumbent will lead a team of professionals to execute various R2R functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial close, and financial reporting. • Manage issue escalations, day-to-day issue resolution (standard and complex), and monitoring action plans Financial Close Process: • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of financial statements. • Review journal entries, accruals, and other accounting transactions to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
