Role Overview We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Finance Process Lead General Ledger Record to Report (RTR) in the Finance and Accounting team. You will work in a truly global environment where the overall purpose of the role is to manage general ledger function by manages a company financial record, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports, you will be reporting to Head of Finance Operations. Key Accountabilities Conducting advanced financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process improvements. Will play the role of a reviewer and quality checks as per MCS. Provide expertise in Specific FP&A Processes, leading process change and improvements through elimination, standardization, simplification. Regularly review and challenge current process designs to identify best practices and improvements. Identifying and implementing automation opportunities and new tools. Run change and improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery through robust project management systems. Assist during audits by attending to audit requests and requirements. May involve managing small teams of in-house accountants. Mentoring junior team members skills and knowledge. Prepare and review financial statements: This includes profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances. Skills and Experience Master’s or bachelor’s degree in related field from a well-recognized institute. 9-13 years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations & ability to communicate clearly and professionally. End-to-end RTR process improvements, ERP mastery, and RTR controls optimization. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strategic oversight: standardization, simplification, and issue resolution across markets and systems. Challenge trend, identifies root causes, and proposes RTR process corrections impacting decision-making. Drive ERP-led transformation, automation, and adoption of best practices. Lead RTR audit readiness, ensures controls, system alignment, and documentation compliance. Participation in continuous improvement projects within shared services is good to have. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Important: This position requires employees to work in either of the work timings below - EMEA shift – 11AM – 8PM.
