Learning & Development Coordinator [Full Time]

About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and scale our Fresher Training Programs. This role will focus on building future-ready talent by blending technology training, behavioral development, and business readiness programs. Partner with technical SMEs and external vendors for high-quality delivery Define success metrics for each training track and report progress to leadership Track outcomes such as program completion, assessment scores, conversion to projects, and on-the-job performance Continuously refine programs based on data insights and business feedback Partner with business leaders, hiring teams, and delivery managers to ensure alignment of training to business needs Manage external training vendors and ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery Qualifications & Experience: ~8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on Fresher/Early Career Programs ~ Experience in data-driven L&D delivery with ability to link learning effectiveness to business outcomes ~ Energetic, collaborative, and passionate about developing young talent ~ This role gives you the unique opportunity to shape the careers of the next generation of professionals and directly contribute to business success.
