Industry Preference : Automotive, Mechanical


Work Experience: 5+ years


Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical Engineering.


Skills :

  • Strong understanding of laboratory management.
  • Proficient in RLDA (Road Load Data Acquisition) and instrumentation, including strain gauges, accelerometers, LVDTs, and thermocouples.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data logging using systems such as eDaq, 2D, HBM, LMS, and Vbox.
  • Extensive experience in laboratory testing, including test simulation and correlation.
  • In-depth expertise in fatigue testing, accelerated vibration durability, and component strength analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Cam-drum test rigs, chassis dynamometers, shaker tables, hydraulic and pneumatic actuators, and damper test machines.
  • Basic understanding of testing standards, including IS, JIS, JASO, and MIL.
  • Additional experience in EV testing, such as voltage sensors, current sensors, power analyzers, and CAN tools, is a plus.
  • Basic maintenance knowledge of testing rigs.
  • Skilled in test fixture design, development, and management.
  • Strong awareness of workplace safety practices.
  • Proficient in maintaining laboratory records and documentation.


Responsibilities :

  • Effectively manage the testing laboratory with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Conduct data analysis using tools such as nCode / GlyphWorks.
  • Perform customer duty cycle studies and correlation studies for laboratory simulations.
  • Execute fatigue damage editing.
  • Possess a basic understanding of material physical and mechanical properties.
  • Conduct simulations for accelerated durability testing.
