Industry Preference : Automotive, Mechanical
Work Experience: 5+ years
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills :
Strong understanding of laboratory management.
Proficient in RLDA (Road Load Data Acquisition) and instrumentation, including strain gauges, accelerometers, LVDTs, and thermocouples.
Comprehensive knowledge of data logging using systems such as eDaq, 2D, HBM, LMS, and Vbox.
Extensive experience in laboratory testing, including test simulation and correlation.
In-depth expertise in fatigue testing, accelerated vibration durability, and component strength analysis.
Hands-on experience with Cam-drum test rigs, chassis dynamometers, shaker tables, hydraulic and pneumatic actuators, and damper test machines.
Basic understanding of testing standards, including IS, JIS, JASO, and MIL.
Additional experience in EV testing, such as voltage sensors, current sensors, power analyzers, and CAN tools, is a plus.
Basic maintenance knowledge of testing rigs.
Skilled in test fixture design, development, and management.
Strong awareness of workplace safety practices.
Proficient in maintaining laboratory records and documentation.
Responsibilities :
Effectively manage the testing laboratory with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Conduct data analysis using tools such as nCode / GlyphWorks.
Perform customer duty cycle studies and correlation studies for laboratory simulations.
Execute fatigue damage editing.
Possess a basic understanding of material physical and mechanical properties.
Conduct simulations for accelerated durability testing.
