Job Responsibilities:- Work experience: 13 to 15 years- Planning and progress management for business implementation- Reviewing business results and formulating method improvement plans.- Manage a development team for durability and strength performances- Tentative 3 months to 6 months of deputation/training in JapanMandatory Skill:- Experience working on automobile Strength/Durability at an automotive OEM company.(With more than 5 years of experience using NX software/CAD creation software, Hyper Mesh, LS-DYNA, MSC Nastran-SOL101, SOL111, SOL112)- Knowledge of material mechanics and automobile structure- Experience as manager of a development team for durability and strength performance of automobiles- Experience in performance development other than durability and strength of automobile bodies- Japanese conversation ability- Ambitious and actively take on the challenge of improving your skills while valuing teamwork.- Development experience in automotive OEM.
