Job Responsibilities: - Work experience: 13 to 15 years - Planning and progress management for business implementation - Reviewing business results and formulating method improvement plans. - Manage a development team for durability and strength performances - Tentative 3 months to 6 months of deputation/training in Japan Mandatory Skill: - Experience working on automobile Strength/Durability at an automotive OEM company. (With more than 5 years of experience using NX software/CAD creation software, Hyper Mesh, LS-DYNA, MSC Nastran-SOL101, SOL111, SOL112) - Knowledge of material mechanics and automobile structure - Experience as manager of a development team for durability and strength performance of automobiles - Experience in performance development other than durability and strength of automobile bodies - Japanese conversation ability - Ambitious and actively take on the challenge of improving your skills while valuing teamwork. - Development experience in automotive OEM.
