experience, driving initiatives that inspire, connect, and retain our talent. Your role will blend strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen our culture and make Recykal a workplace where people truly thrive. ‘

Design engagement calendars aligned to business priorities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct pulse surveys, focus groups
Culture & Inclusion
~ Promote organizational values and inclusive practices in daily operations.

Drive recognition programs (spot awards, service anniversaries, team celebrations).
Create internal communication plans for engagement events, survey results, and cultural updates.

Work with L&D, PMS, and TA teams to ensure engagement links with career development and retention strategies.
Coordinate with vendors for events, surveys, or wellness services if outsourced.
