About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Associate Creative Director to partner with our Creative Director and Video Director in driving innovative storytelling across all video and brand verticals. This is a leadership role that blends hands-on creative direction with team mentorship and high-value project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Creative Director to shape creative vision, brand voice, and narrative frameworks.
- Provide hands-on direction and feedback to video editors, scriptwriters, motion designers, and colorists.
- Collaborate with the Video Director on flagship brand formats, long-form content, and high-value campaigns.
- Own the development of creative decks, moodboards, and content blueprints.
- Translate brand strategy into engaging video content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Maintain consistency in tone, storytelling, and design across all deliverables.
- Mentor junior creatives and elevate the teams creative standards.
Requirements
- 712 years of experience in creative direction, video content, advertising, or media production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, brand campaigns, and visual direction.
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in digital-first content, OTT, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with emerging media formats (AR/VR, interactive content).
- Passion for storytelling, culture, and design innovation.
