Our venture straddles insurance, finance, travel, and technology in the B2B space. We come from organisations such as Citi, PhonePe, HDFC Bank, Tata Digital, Booking Holdings, etc., and we are backed by a well-established PE firm and supported by one of India’s leading B2B travel businesses.


We are seeking a few high-potential category managers to join our founding team. You will be responsible for driving the business growth of your respective category through our existing digital partnerships and offline distribution network. You will operate quite like the CEO of your vertical, formulating strategy, driving sales, planning marketing, managing vendor partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and doing everything to take your business line from scratch to scale. You will be ably supported by an existing team of highly experienced functional experts.


Ideal candidates will have:


- 2 to 5 years of stellar professional track record of driving business results in the category/product/partnership you have been managing

- Strong understanding of developing and scaling Digital products – preferably in travel, insurance, or any leading product company in the B2B or B2C space.

- A solid academic background, preferably with a top-school MBA

- An entrepreneurial attitude, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic


This is a full-time, on-site role in our vibrant office in the Western suburbs of Mumbai. You will have tremendous autonomy, receive the required guidance, and work in a positive environment. If you are interested, I look forward to connecting.
