The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns, focusing on driving engagement, lead generation, and conversions. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Meta ad strategies, including campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize and improve results.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest Meta ad platform features, trends, and best practices.
  • Provide detailed performance reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics and optimization recommendations.
  • Manage ad budgets to ensure campaigns are delivering results within client-set parameters.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, audiences, and placements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, preferably within an advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of driving successful social media ad campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
