What will your challenge be:
- Create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment at reception.
- Ensure smooth administrative support across multiple departments.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and vendors.
- Support HR, Administration, and company executives with operational efficiency.
What will you do Day-to-Day:
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, candidates, and vendors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date visitor logs.
- Manage visitor flow and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence.
- Handle flight and accommodation bookings for company executives, new joiners, and international colleagues.
- Coordinate food and refreshment orders for visitors and new joiners.
- Manage stay and rental agreements as required.
- Support HR in onboarding activities, assisting with document photocopying and logistics on Day 1.
- Assist HR in organizing employee engagement and office events.
- Assist company executives with administrative activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
What are we looking for in you:
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
- Fluent in English.

- Knowledge of office management tools or travel booking systems.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish).
