The Sr VP/VP Finance and Accounts will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing investment strategies, leading financial audits, and supervising the financial team. They will also be involved in strategic decision-making processes to maximize growth and profitability.Qualifications- Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting skills- Experience in Financial Regulations Compliance and Investment Strategies- Skills in leading Financial Audits and Team Supervision- Strategic Decision-Making and Analytical skills- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai- Relevant finance or accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
