The Sr VP/VP Finance and Accounts will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing investment strategies, leading financial audits, and supervising the financial team. They will also be involved in strategic decision-making processes to maximize growth and profitability.QualificationsFinancial Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting skillsExperience in Financial Regulations Compliance and Investment StrategiesSkills in leading Financial Audits and Team SupervisionStrategic Decision-Making and Analytical skillsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in MumbaiRelevant finance or accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
