We are seeking an Experiential Marketing Event Manager to join our dynamic team and help us bring innovative, immersive experiences to life. Job Summary: The Experiential Marketing Event Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing brand experiences that captivate and engage our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, a strong understanding of experiential marketing, and a proven track record of executing successful events. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute experiential marketing events from start to finish, including brand activations, product launches, pop-up events, and more. Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience. Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful execution of events. Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, permits, transportation, and on-site management. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into event strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a related field. Proven track record of planning and executing successful experiential marketing events. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. Why Join Us?
