At Rx100 Ventures, we also place a high value on company culture and character, fostering an environment where innovation and integrity thrive Key Responsibilities: • Process and verify financial transactions accurately and efficiently. • Maintain and update financial records to ensure data integrity. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all transactions. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Finance and Accounting, to resolve any discrepancies. • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and documentation related to transactions. • Support vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliations as needed. • Assist in implementing and optimizing financial systems and workflows. Candidate Requirements: • Immediate joiner preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in a transactional or financial role; experience in a dynamic environment is a plus. • Strong organisational and analytical skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (e.g., ERP, CRM tools). • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure. • Detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and working independently as well as part of a team.
