As a Technical Team Lead, you'll play a hands-on role in building high-quality, reliable solutions while enabling and supporting our software engineering team.

You'll drive technical outcomes, foster a collaborative team culture, and lead a cross-functional software delivery team toward success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team, promoting autonomy and transparency through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on career development.

Mentor team members in efficient software design, agile practices, and quality engineering.

Drive the design of major software components and systems across global teams.

Advocate for customer needs and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions in collaboration with product teams.

Design, develop, and deploy websites, web applications, microservices, and APIs.

Ensure high-quality code through testing, automation, and observability.

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance team performance and culture.

Foster continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Conduct one-on-ones and implement team leader practices to manage individual performance.

Remove impediments to optimize team performance and align with organizational values.

Experience Requirements: Essential: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in software development.

Strong experience in software testing, including unit and UI tests.

Proficiency with Dev Ops tooling and practices, embracing a Dev Ops culture.

Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and building cloud-native applications.

Desired: Familiarity with SSR methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Next.js).

Experience in building decoupled websites using JSON-based RESTful APIs.

Knowledge of AWS services such as Cloud Front, Lambda, and API Gateway.

Experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana, New Relic).

Skills & Capabilities: Soft Skills: Advanced proficiency in communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.

Functional Skills: Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach with a focus on results.
