Job Description:

Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Technical Lead with a strong background in Java 11/17, PostgreSQL, API development, and AWS.The ideal candidate will lead a talented team of developers, guiding them through the entire software development lifecycle to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure best practices, and drive the successful delivery of projects.If you are passionate about Java, cloud technologies, and want to take on a leadership role in shaping next-generation software solutions, we want to hear from you

Must Have Skills:Java 11/17PostgreSQLAPI DevelopmentHands-on experience in AWS servicesStrong understanding of microservices design patterns and implementation.Experience working in agile environments with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Good to have Skills:Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular/ React/ Javascript is a plus.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools.Knowledge of security standards and protocols such as OAuth, SSL/TLS, and JWT for secure API development.

Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.Collaborate with architects to design microservices-based systems and ensure robust and efficient solutions for complex business problems.Leverage your expertise in Java 11/17 to build performant backend systems. Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and frameworks.Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.Utilize your knowledge of PostgreSQL to design and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.Deploy and manage applications in the AWS cloud environment, using cloud-native services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more. Ensure security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and front-end developers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused applications.Maintain and enforce high coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies (CI/CD, code reviews, testing strategies, etc.).Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
