Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media campaigns, analytics, and optimization strategies to drive measurable growth and ensure our marketing campaigns perform effectively. As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving ROI, improving customer acquisition, and managing budgets to achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning, budgeting, and creative development to launch, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze and evaluate market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategy.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs are being met (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, etc.).
- Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other techniques to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Budget Management & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage budgets for paid marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation across channels.
- Monitor daily/weekly spending to avoid budget overruns and ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
- Forecast and plan campaigns in line with marketing and business goals.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and optimize high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the data analytics and product teams to align marketing objectives with product launches and initiatives.
- Partner with other marketing functions (organic, email, content, etc.) to ensure alignment in overall marketing strategy.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Regularly report on campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Utilize Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and other tracking tools to measure ROI and attribution across digital channels.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and scaling of successful campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Expertise : Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, and affiliate marketing.
- Tools : Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel (advanced), and any other relevant performance marketing tools.
Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Google and Meta platforms.
- Proficiency in Performance Marketing, including Basic Search and Display Lead Campaigns.
- Experience in Branding campaigns like YouTube
- Display, Video Views, and Awareness Campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
