Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is eager to learn more about sales operations and enablement. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Sales Operations team and provide direct administrative support to the VP of Sales, helping to ensure that the sales team operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Enablement
  • Assist the Sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Maintain and update sales materials, decks, and enablement tools
  • Ensure sales collateral is current and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate onboarding materials for new sales hires
  • Support the implementation and use of sales enablement platforms/tools

Sales Operations Support

  • Help manage and update CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Pull reports and analyze sales metrics for team performance tracking
  • Assist with pipeline management and deal tracking
  • Monitor and document key sales processes to improve efficiency
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) to support sales initiatives

Administrative Support to VP of Sales

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel as needed
  • Assist with meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations as requested
  • Help organize team meetings, off-sites, and other internal events
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Support, Administrative, or similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience in sales enablement or working with sales tools/platforms
