Job Description

  • Created a robust website design and development strategy to cope up the challenges faced including a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth in traffic and organic leads
  • SEO management & optimization for projects, identify & devise search traffic generating opportunities to maximize the inflow of relevant organic traffic
  • To monitor and analyse the lead flow to sales team.
  • Coordinating with Sales team to keep the project microsite up to date
  • Generate monthly reports on marketing campaign’s performance
  • Regular audits to ensure performance, identify issues, find root-causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale.
  • Planning architecture of the website to ensure the best user experience
  • Creating listing of ongoing and upcoming projects on Google Map
  • Identifying duplicate listings and reporting to Google to either claim or remove them
  • Enhancing the listings by adding more information in terms of project details, logo, exterior and interior images & videos.
  • Negotiations with digital platforms & aggregators, strategic or long term booking to get rate and position benefit.
  • To constantly ensure our projects are featured and they get good presence on the platform
  • Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital/mobile advertising initiatives to drive awareness and generate leads
  • Uploading and managing the videos on the brand’s channels and optimising the videos to ensure they rank on top for relevant searches.
  • Managing the extensive domain portfolio of the company, its projects and associate brands
  • Ensuring all domains are stable, secure and support related web services
  • Determining name servers and hosting providers, and making changes to domain names if needed.
  • Continuously monitoring and bringing down the pages or listings created by Real Estate agents trying to misrepresent Prestige Group or its projects.
  • All other related job assigned by your reporting manager.
