About the Role: We seek an Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in modern infrastructure tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to current processes, and the confidence to bring innovative ideas to the table.

This role involves maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize the existing infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.

Collaborate with the team using Dev Ops/SRE practices, focusing on continuous improvement and automation.

Manage and deploy infrastructure using Kubernetes, Istio, Argo CD, Helm, and Kustomize.

Support networking operations to ensure robust security and connectivity.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using Terraform and other tools.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Grafana and Loki.

Manage and optimize Postgre SQL databases and Elasticsearch.

Assist in Cloud Computing operations, primarily on GCP, with some involvement in AWS.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business goals and ensure the product team has the support they need to deliver to our clients.

Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Networking, Kubernetes, Istio, Argo CD, Helm, and Kustomize.

Expertise in Cloud Computing (GCP preferred; AWS is a plus).

Strong knowledge of Dev Ops/SRE practices and principles.

Hands-on experience with Git Hub Actions, Terraform, Elasticsearch, Postgre SQL, Grafana, and Loki.

Proficiency in scripting or coding with Python for automating infrastructure tasks.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration across cultures and languages.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new tools, methods, and technologies in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with React or Go .

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) frameworks.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment best practices.

Prior experience working with distributed, cross-border teams where communication is key.
