Job Title: Lead Electrical Infra

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems and infrastructure to ensure the reliable operation of our facilities. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to support the organization's electrical needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems and infrastructure, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to evaluate the performance and efficiency of existing electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical requirements into building designs and construction projects.
  • Perform electrical load calculations and power distribution analysis to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing operation of electrical infrastructure and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to electrical engineering and infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
  • Experience with power distribution systems, substations, switchgear, and transformers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the design and implementation of EV Charging stations /renewable energy systems (e.g., solar, wind).
  • Familiarity with energy management systems and power monitoring tools.
  • Project management experience, including budgeting and scheduling.
