Greetings from Tata Consultancy ServicesAbout the RoleHiring For: Oracle Fusion FinancialsLocation: BangaloreExperience: 7-12 YearsMode Of Interview: Virtual InterviewResponsibilities- Oracle Finance cloud (AP,AR & GL) Cloud Functional/Techno-functional.- Current experience on Oracle Fusion SAAS Cloud transformation.- Min. 2 full life cycle finance cloud implementations.- Good Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and EBS finance modules like GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Tax & SLA Support (AMS Process).- Understands SLA and its Criticality.- Functionally Strong in Oracle GL,AR,AP Modules in both Cloud and EBS.- Good Project management skills.- Experience in articulating and delivering projects, product orderability and working with large and diverse teams.- Interaction with business on daily basis to understand the offer/products to fit into existing system capabilities.- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Eligibility Criteria- Excellent communication skills- 15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)- Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
