Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery.

Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights, such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.

Oversee the development of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).

~6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.

~ Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.

~ Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.

~ Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

~ Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
