CommerceV3 is a specialized eCommerce platform for high-volume and specialty merchants, helping businesses scale with powerful tools for growth, inventory management, and customer experience.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to own operations, optimize digital channels, drive ROI, and scale performance across SEO, PPC, Email, and Social.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing operations, automation & analytics.
  • Drive channel performance, traffic, and conversions.
  • Deliver insights, dashboards & ROI-driven reporting.
  • Optimize budgets, vendors, and CAC.
  • Enable team success & cross-channel synergy.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in marketing ops/eCommerce (4+ years with US B2C tech).
  • Expertise in automation, analytics, SEO, PPC, Email & Social.
  • Strong leadership with proven ROI improvement track record.
  • Comfortable with US East Coast hours.
