Ensure renewal portfolio growth through relationship building and strategic planning. Financial Targets: Achieve financial targets and brokerage earned by the organization. Policy Review: Review existing policies, identify gaps in coverage, and provide recommendations. Relationship Building: Provide exceptional client servicing, including policy renewals, retention, and technical support. Experience: 5+ years of underwriting experience in any of the following sectors: Health , Commercial Lines (Non-EB) , or Property Knowledge: Strong knowledge of general insurance products, including fire, marine, property, and engineering. Proven experience in client servicing and relationship management.
