Financial Targets: Achieve financial targets and brokerage earned by the organization.3. Policy Review: Review existing policies, identify gaps in coverage, and provide recommendations.4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.5. Client Servicing: Provide exceptional client servicing, including policy renewals, retention, and technical support.6. New Business Acquisition: Collaborate with the business development team to acquire new clients.7. Brokerage Recovery: Assist in brokerage recovery and provide technical support as needed.Desired Candidate Profile1. Experience: 5+ years of underwriting experience in any of the following sectors: Health, Commercial Lines (Non-EB), or Property2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of general insurance products, including fire, marine, property, and engineering.3. Client Servicing: Proven experience in client servicing and relationship management.4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
