Company Description We are a growing study abroad education consultancy dedicated to helping Indian students pursue higher education overseas, particularly in countries such as Italy and Germany. We provide end-to-end guidance, including student counseling, university applications, documentation support, and visa assistance. We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive to support student admissions, manage inbound leads, assist in sales activities, and coordinate with sales interns also to consult the students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with students, handling daily operations, and contributing to the growth of an education consultancy. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Executive (Study Abroad). The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day study abroad operations and supporting the admissions process. Key Responsibilities: Handle student and parent inquiries via calls, Whats App, email, and other channels Counsel students on study abroad options and admission processes Coordinate with international universities and partners when required Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and timelines Manage inbound leads, follow-ups, and conversion tracking Coordinate with and support sales interns, including task allocation and follow-ups Maintain accurate student records, documents, and internal trackers Ensure adherence to internal processes, timelines, and quality standards Provide operational and reporting support to improve the overall student experience Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; fluency in Hindi or Malayalam is a plus Basic proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets / Excel, email, and messaging platforms High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy Preferred (Not Mandatory): Prior experience in education consultancy, admissions, sales, or customer support Basic understanding of study abroad processes, visa requirements, or international education systems Experience working in a remote or startup environment Salary range - 10-15k Fixed + Performance Bonus(including Sales)
