ADP is hiring a Director of Data Science. Are you an experienced leader in Data Science ready for your next-level adventure? We are looking for an Applied Scientist Leader to lead the development of next-generation AI-powered solutions for ADP. You will be responsible for creating systems for multi-faceted data analysis, developing advanced personalization and customization techniques, and integrating your solutions into intelligent applications for ADP Products. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, data science, and generative AI. Own and manage projects. You will design, implement, and deploy high-performing machine learning/AI models in the Cloud. You bring prior experience to the role of formulating problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations. You will interact with developers, UX designers, product managers, and senior executives to understand the problem domain, project requirements, user experience, and demonstrate model performance and its business value. You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that lead to innovations. You‘re comfortable and skilled at presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings. PhD in quantitative area and 10+ years’ experience in Data Science or related field is required, with at least 4 years’ experience as a Team Leader. Experience in Python, SQL, distributed computing tools such as Databricks, AWS, or other Cloud platforms; well-versed with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or other machine learning libraries and platforms. Practical experience with machine learning approaches for structured data, graph neural networks, time series modeling, and mathematical optimization. Demonstrated ability to design novel solutions in response to business requirements and to successfully deploy software products that operate at scale.
