For one of our client in the Sports Tech :

They are on a mission to make sports more accessible by building the digital backbone for sports facilities and players across India. Tech team is young, energetic, and full of potential — but we're looking for a strong leader to guide them, set up the right processes, and scale our product to the next level

.

What you'll own

  • Lead and manage the entire tech function — strategy, execution, and delivery.
  • Set up best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability
  • Architect and oversee new feature development to ensure performance and reliability
  • Mentor and upskill a young, enthusiastic team of developers
  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate vision into tech solutions.
  • Take ownership of system performance, security, and scalability as the company grows.

What we're looking for

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks , React, AWS, microservices, databases).
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Ability to establish and enforce development best practices.
  • A builder's mindset — comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
  • Great communicator and mentor who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
