Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Mohali district. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all quality assurance processes, leading quality audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Quality Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards, develop and maintain documentation, and provide training on quality practices and procedures. Regular monitoring and reporting on quality metrics and performance will be essential tasks for this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality assurance processes and quality audits
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Skills in implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain documentation
  • Experience in providing training on quality practices and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
