Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts and analyzing campaign performance. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for using data and numbers to make informed marketing decisions. Candidates with experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and a strong knowledge of analytics are encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Use analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Participate in content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, managing social media accounts, and monitoring social media analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools, and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing reports and presentations, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, business or other related fields.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data and numbers to drive marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Office timings from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
  • Probation Period: 6 Months
  • Medical Insurance for 2.00 lac PA after 3 months of Joining.
  • Social Security includes - Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 years of service as per Tamil Nadu factories act.
  • 10 days of Paid Leave and 8 Casual Leave will be provided for the Year.
