Role:- Talent Specialist/ Lead
Location:- Viman Nagar Pune
Mode:- WFO
Salary:- 3.5 LPA
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Specialist to join our team in Pune. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries and positions.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online platforms (Naukri, Linked In), offline networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring managers.
Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
Collaborate with other Talent Specialists and HR team members to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably across IT, NON-IT & BFSI
MBA freshers with relevant skills and experience are welcome to apply.
Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using job boards and recruitment tools.
Deep understanding of job requirements and candidate profiles.
Enthusiastic and driven, with a "workaholic" mentality (in the best way possible).
