Role:- Talent Specialist/ Lead

Location:- Viman Nagar Pune

Mode:- WFO

Salary:- 3.5 LPA


We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Specialist to join our team in Pune. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries and positions.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn), offline networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with other Talent Specialists and HR team members to achieve shared goals.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably across IT, NON-IT & BFSI
  • MBA freshers with relevant skills and experience are welcome to apply.
  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using job boards and recruitment tools.
  • Deep understanding of job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Enthusiastic and driven, with a "workaholic" mentality (in the best way possible).
