Walking Interview:

Time : 9:30am to 6pm
Salary : 15,000 per month to 25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive employee relations.
3. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
5. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
6. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
7. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
8. Employee Engagement : Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and social events.
Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
