This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to begin their career in IT. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot basic issues, and learn from senior team members while building a strong foundation in IT consulting.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
Provide first-line support to end-users with setup, access, and system usage questions.
Document and track support requests in ticketing systems.
Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise in IT support, enterprise tools, and cloud systems.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent training/experience).
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Microsoft Office/365.
Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the IT field.
