Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Associate (Entry-Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to begin their career in IT. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot basic issues, and learn from senior team members while building a strong foundation in IT consulting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Provide first-line support to end-users with setup, access, and system usage questions.
- Document and track support requests in ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise in IT support, enterprise tools, and cloud systems.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent training/experience).
- Strong interest in technology and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Microsoft Office/365.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the IT field.
