Experience : 6 to 10 Years Employment Type : Contract to Hire Work Mode : Hybrid Immediate Joiners Only Customer Ask: WSO2 as Identity Server • WSO2 is used as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform for authentication and authorization across multiple applications and environments (production, staging, non-production, DR, etc.). • o Day-to-day management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of WSO2 services. o Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for all WSO2-related operations. o Supporting audits, compliance checks, and reporting as per Client’s policies. MSP Responsibilities (from SOW and Contract) Operations & Support • Timely detection, escalation, and resolution of issues, with root cause analysis for major incidents. • All changes (upgrades, patches, configuration) must follow client's change control process and be documented. • Configuration management: Policy adherence: Comply with Client’s information security, privacy, and compliance policies (GDPR, etc.). • Enforce least privilege, manage privileged accounts, and support user lifecycle operations. as per contract requirements. • Participate in governance meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer satisfaction surveys.
