Until now, we have served clients from 172 countries and regions with our trustworthy services and well-built trading systems.To learn more about our company, please visit our website: Establish and set up the India office, including infrastructure, operations, and compliance.- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success.- Drive the sales and marketing strategy in India, ensuring performance KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.- Develop and execute local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition.- Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives.- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness.Requirements:- Extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market.- A well-established reputation and visible presence in the industry, with the ability to inspire trust and represent the company with credibility.- Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals.- Deep understanding of the forex industry landscape, client expectations, and the operational needs of sales teams.- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus).- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
