Job Title: Sales and Business DevelopmentThis is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru South and East for a Sales and Business Development professional within the real estate sector.The key responsibilities of this position include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Candidates will also be required to conduct training sessions as needed, provide coaching and support to sales teams, and contribute to the development of business strategies that drive growth and revenue expansion.Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of the real estate industry.
