Dime is looking for a Freelance/Full time Graphic Designer to join our creative team
About Dime:
We are a one-stop place to learn all about Personal Finance.
We cut through the noise, strip out the jargon, and break down complex money matters into clear, digestible insights. With visually appealing formats and a mission to "Help India Decode Money," we make personal finance freely accessible for every Indian
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Design: Create high-quality infographics, illustrations, and digital designs for Dime’s social media, website, and educational materials.
- Conceptualization: Transform complex financial information into clear, engaging visuals that connect with our audience.
- Optimization for Platforms: Adapt designs for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website) to optimize user engagement and readability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Design Proficiency: Intermediate-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Additional Tools: Familiarity with other design software (e.g., After Effects for basic animations) and InDesign is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency, maintaining brand integrity across projects.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and convey complex ideas through visuals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with design trends and adjust styles to fit the brand’s evolving needs.
- Time Management: Efficient handling of multiple projects, meeting deadlines consistently.
