Position Overview
GRADICAL is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team as a full-time employee. In this role, you will focus on creating visually engaging designs for digital platforms and marketing assets. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience who can thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job Description
As a Visual Designer at GRADICAL, you will be responsible for shaping the visual aspects of our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling designs that align with our brand identity and enhance user experiences. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality visual content that captivates our audience.
Responsibilities
Design visually engaging graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to define design requirements and develop creative concepts.
Create original graphics using design software and refine illustrations to ensure high-quality outputs.
Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval, making necessary revisions based on input.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials while adhering to established quality standards.
Stay updated with design trends and advancements in visual design technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively communicating progress and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar role within a digital or creative agency.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work, including logos, animations, and graphics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
Strong skill set in Figma and Framer for design and development.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
Attention to Detail: Strong aesthetic skills with an eye for detail in visual design elements.
