About Our Client:

Our Client is a pioneering company based in Bengaluru that specializes in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for industrial applications. The firm focuses on integrating machine learning, AI, and advanced robotics to enhance material movement workflows. Their innovative Sherpa robots are designed for efficiency and safety in various industrial environments, promoting a smarter and more productive workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows across digital channels.

• Oversee end-to-end automation processes, from campaign setup and execution to optimization

and reporting.

• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including drip and nurture campaigns tailored to

different stages of the customer journey.

• Segment audiences based on customer journey stages, previous interactions, and purchasing

behaviours to create personalized remarketing approaches.

• Design and execute lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the marketing funnel

and improve conversion rates.

• Develop lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads and align with the sales team on

qualification criteria.

• Optimize content delivery to ensure leads are receiving relevant and timely communications.

• Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of messaging, content, and timing of

campaigns.

• Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and adjust

campaigns to improve performance.

• Use insights from campaign data to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Work closely with Marcom, Product Management, and Sales to ensure cohesive messaging and

branding across automated campaigns.

• Partner with the sales team to establish best practices for lead handover, improve lead quality,

and optimize the sales-marketing alignment.

• Track and analyse campaign performance, producing regular reports to assess ROI, identify

trends, and recommend improvements.

• Ensure data hygiene and management to support accurate segmentation and reporting.

• Develop and refine audience segments based on customer behaviour, demographics, and

lifecycle stage.

• Implement personalization strategies to deliver targeted and relevant content to different

customer segments.

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows,

and product launches

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution

• Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor relationships

• Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future events

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.

• Overall 3-7 years of experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing automation,

remarketing and campaign management.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, digital channels, and remarketing

tools.

• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retargeting tactics, and customer journey

mapping.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.

• Proficient in data management, segmentation, and workflow automation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

• Results-driven, with proven experience in achieving KPIs for remarketing and re-engagement.
