Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Live Site Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-call live site support, acknowledging and mitigating incoming incidents, and ensuring the stability and reliability of our services.

Key Responsibilities: Provide on-call live site support and act as the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) during local shifts.

Acknowledge and mitigate incoming Incident and Change Management (Ic M) tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Investigate incidents to determine root causes and track them through repair items (bugs) in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).

Prepare Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs) for recurring issues.

Collaborate with solution owners to prepare and test fixes, ensuring proper check-in to release branches and merging fixes into the master branch.

Qualifications: Experience in live site support and incident management.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for tracking and managing bugs.

Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear and concise Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs).

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and test fixes
