Position : Technical Manager -Dev Ops Function : Dev Ops Reporting to CTO Location: Gurgaon OBJECTIVE Ferns N Petals (FNP) is the leader and pioneer of the concept of gifting in India.

Started in 1994 as a Flower Shop in Delhi, we have over 400 outlets all over India, delivering across 500+ cities.

We also have international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Malaysia & Indonesia with further plans of quick expansion.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Manager to lead and oversee the team in maintaining infrastructure and development pipelines.

As a Dev Ops Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving the tools and processes that enable our teams to deploy code safely, quickly, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Pipeline Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to ensure code is delivered quickly and reliably.

Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Manage and optimize the use of infrastructure as code to ensure consistency, repeatability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.

Automation: Drive automation efforts across build, test, deployment, monitoring, and management of development and production systems.

Monitoring and Incident Management: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.

Lead incident response efforts when necessary.

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment of Dev Ops processes with overall organizational goals.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that security and compliance requirements are integrated into the Dev Ops processes.

Cost Management: Continuously optimize infrastructure and operational costs Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Dev Ops engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years of experience in Dev Ops, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

CI/CD Expertise: Extensive experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Circle CI.

Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Ia C tools.

Automation Skills: Expertise in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) and automation tools (Puppet, Chef, Salt Stack).

Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

Security: A solid understanding of security best practices in Dev Ops, including cloud security, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a high-pressure environment.
