Role Overview:
As a Communication and Outreach Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing our content strategy across various platforms. Your role will involve planning and organizing impactful events, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our audience. You will receive the required support from the team to help bring our vision to life.
Work Location: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy:
- Commission creatives from creators and manage content for Social Media, YouTube, blogs, Google Maps paid ads, map listing posts, and updates on the latest offers.
- Create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the organization's goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across platforms to refine strategies and drive results.
2. Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute events including workshops, awareness campaigns, and community gatherings.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the events are visually appealing and effectively communicated.
- Coordinate logistics and manage event timelines to ensure smooth execution.
3. Coordination:
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and project heads to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
- Oversee the production of high-quality visual and video content that aligns with the organization's branding and messaging.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content and materials for campaigns and events.
- Delegate tasks effectively to support team members/freelancers/ creators to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Proven experience in content strategy, event management, and coordination with creative teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
